2. Description of Service

KovaVox provides AI-powered transcription, subtitling, and audio-to-text conversion services. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy and recommend reviewing generated transcripts before publication or legal use.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you upload. You must not upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights, including copyright, privacy, or confidentiality. You must not attempt to abuse, circumvent, or interfere with our quota, rate-limiting, or security systems.

4. Guest Accounts and Quotas

Guest users may use the service subject to usage quotas, including daily, browser fingerprint, and IP-based limits. We use a one-way browser fingerprint hash and IP address to enforce these limits and prevent abuse.

5. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion and only where required by applicable law.

6. Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We generally do not provide refunds for partial months or unused transcription minutes. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload. We retain ownership of the KovaVox platform, software, trademarks, and generated service metadata. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

KovaVox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site.
